Set in 35 tranquil acres within our own private and picturesque valley overlooking Lee Bay, Lower Campscott boasts an enviably peaceful location, with our nearest neighbours over quarter of a mile away!

We are within North Devon's AONB, just minutes from golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe Bay, and the rugged beauty of Exmoor, and just a short walk from the South West Coast Path, and the rocky coves of Mortehoe, Lee and Ilfracombe.

Our unique mix of seven properties are all rated Visit England 3 and 4 Star and provide a high standard of self catering accommodation for couples, families and groups alike, and are situated to take advantage of the stunning sea and countryside views.

With Farm trails, abundant wildlife, footpaths, games room and animal feeding sessions for our younger visitors, there is more than enough to do without even leaving the Farm!
